Camping in Cape May – Day 1

This week, we are staying in a cabin near Cape May.  It’s their 40th anniversary and since we stayed here once before we received a post card for a discount on our next stay.  Hooray!

The cabin has cute signs hung up on the walls inside.

We ate dinner at The Lobster House.

I picked this cake, but hubby and I switched desserts because we liked each others better lol.  His was chocolate also.

Then we went to Cape May Wildlife Refuge.  We found amazing things to photograph, looked for seashells, and walked down the beach to the jetty and back.

When we come to Cape May for the day we always see the ferris wheel in Wildwood from the highway.  Well we decided to go for a ride on it.  We haven’t been to Wildwood in a long time.  It cost $16 for two to ride the ferris wheel.

Thank you for stopping by and have an awesome day 🦀🦀🦀

Trips to the beach are one of the reasons we even are alive !!!! The only thing that would have made it better would have been coming here by train hauled by a steam engine !!! Woooo woooo !!
