My Garden Notes – Foxglove Beardtongue

Hi there, welcome back to my blog.😊  I’ll be posting more about my garden in the coming months.  It’s my favorite place to be in the Spring and Summer.

This beautiful flower is called Foxglove Beardtongue and I first saw it along our favorite walking path a couple of years ago.  It’s a native wildflower in our area and that’s why I decided to add it to my garden this year.

The butterflies and hummingbirds will enjoy it and I think it will look nice in my bouquets.💐

I’m hoping one of the native plant sales in my area will have it.  If not then I can always check online and I did see that has seeds for this flower.  Starting plants from seed is usually really rewarding.

Thank you for stopping by. ❤  Have a wonderful day and put a big smile on your face today. 😁🤗🙃
