Baby Groundhogs

Every year during springtime, I look forward to seeing the baby groundhogs that live in our backyard. They have a burrow near our shed, and I love watching them. They are so cute, and they love when I give them treats like carrots and broccoli. They also eat dandelions which help to keep them from spreading too much. This is the closest I was ever able to photograph them, and the most babies I’ve ever seen so far. There are at least seven or eight of them. I decided to give mama the name Lily. I don’t know where they all go when they are big. They must find a spot somewhere else to make new burrows.
